  • Brief

    The client sends us a brief which includes all the necessary information to start planning the stand:

    Floor plan and trade fair construction regulations (provided to every exhibitor by the fair organizer), company’s identity and it’s target audience, ideas, wishes and requirements for the exhibition stand, logo or representative pictures and any kind of information regarding the project that the client might find relevant and important for their ideal trade fair space.

  • 3D Design

    The client can send us their own design with all the precise information or a short summary and our team of inhouse designers will make a 3D render (with all dimensions and technical drawings).

    Between the first design and the final one, it is possible to go through several versions or design options; either because the client requests changes or because the exhibition stand builders themselves want to improve it. The final exhibition stand design should be sent and approved by the organizer of the fair or congress.

  • Offer

    Our project manager will provide a detailed quotation and serve as your main point of contact with the fair organizer, handling all paperwork and overseeing stand construction for a seamless event.
    We’ll review the offer together, answer your questions, and suggest tailored solutions to optimize your exhibition experience.

  • Production

    Once the project is approved, production begins. With our in-house manufacturing and printing facilities, we ensure high-quality results and on-time delivery.

    After manufacturing is complete, we move to the venue for stand assembly. Our installation experts arrive fully equipped to build your stand on time, ready for use. Our project managers remain available for any additional support you may need.

    After the exhibition, simply return the stand as it was handed over to you, and we’ll handle the rest.

  • How much does an exhibition stand cost?

    The cost of an exhibition stand is determined by various factors, including design, trade show location, size, materials, printing area, and furniture. Since pricing varies, there’s no fixed formula—but our stands are flexible, offering solutions for every budget. Share your requirements with us, and we’ll provide a tailored offer that meets your specific needs.

  • Can I order additional items on-site?

    We always try to fulfill all your requests, even those on-site, however, we plan all the exhibitions very carefully and pre-construction orders have priority. We strongly advise you to order everything before the construction phase, since there could be unnecessary delays when ordering on-site.

  • Do I need to coordinate with event organizers?

    Yes, you’ll need to book your stand space and services with the event organizers. We’ll take care of everything else, from stand design and printing to furniture, setup, and dismantling after the event.

  • What should I provide to receive an offer?

    We provide offers based on 3D designs created by our in-house designers. Please send us the floor plan, technical regulations, or exhibitor manuals, along with your requirements, and we’ll create a custom 3D design and offer.

  • Do you offer graphic design services?

    No, we don’t offer graphic design services. Exhibitors are asked to submit their own designs following our guidelines. We do provide printing services based on those designs.

  • I’ve sent the written confirmation via email. Is that sufficient for project confirmation?

    No, the project is only confirmed once the contract or final offer is signed.
