  • Brief

    The client sends a brief which includes all the necessary information to start the planning: the location plan (floor plan from the fair organiser), the construction regulations (dates of assembly and disassembly), the target audience, information about equipment/products which will be presented in the stand, company identity, logo or representative pictures and any information the client considers relevant and important. Last but not least, we will need an indicative budget in order to be able to create the stand design and the project for its execution.

  • 3D Design

    The client can send their own design with all the precise information or briefing and our team of in-house designers will make a 3D render (with all dimensions and technical drawings). Between the first design and the final one, it is possible to go through several versions or design options, either because the client requests changes or because the exhibition stand builders themselves want to improve it. The final exhibition stand design should be sent and approved by the organiser of the fair or congress.

  • Offer

    Our project manager will prepare a detailed quotation and coordinate between you and the fair organiser, handling paperwork or supervising the stand construction, and will ensure that your show goes as planned. We can go through the offer together, answer any questions you may have, give you tailored advice, make changes or discuss further possibilities.

  • Production

    Here we are! Once the project is approved it is time to start with production. We offer a complete in-house service (own manufacturing and printing graphics unit which ensures the timely delivery and quality of the product).

  • Installation

    Once the manufacturing process is complete, we have to move to the venue to assemble the exhibition stand. Our installation experts have all the tools, equipment and supplies needed to build your stand, and will hand it over to you in person, on time and ready to use. Our project managers will be at your disposal if you need further help.

  • Dismantling

    After the exhibition you hand us over the stand as it was handed over to you and we will take care of everything and you can simply enjoy your journey home. We will dismantle your exhibition stand and we are then ready to build your next one.

Frequently asked questions

  • How much does an exhibition stand cost?

    The cost of the exhibition stand is always calculated based on the design since the price depends on trade show location, size, materials, printing area, and furniture. This means there is no simple formula to calculate the price. However, stands are flexible and there is a solution for every budget. Therefore, please let us know your requirements and we will prepare an offer that will meet your individual needs.

  • Can I order additional items on-site?

    If you order something on-site, we will try to fulfill your request, however, we plan all the exhibitions very carefully and pre-construction orders have priority. We strongly advise you to order everything before the construction, since there could be unnecessary delays when ordering on-site.

  • Do I need to deal with event organizers?

    Yes, you will need to book your stand space and the services provided by them with the organizers. We can help you with everything else from stand design to printing and furniture.

  • What do I need to provide to get an offer?

    We only give offers based on 3D designs that are made by our in-house designers, so please send us a floor/hall plan you got from the fair, technical regulations or exhibitor manuals together with your requests and wishes. Based on that, we will make you a 3D design and offer.

  • Can you make a graphical design? Do you provide graphic design services?

    No. We do not offer this service. All the exhibitors are requested to send us their own graphical designs according to our instructions. We provide printing services.

  • I have sent the written confirmation via email. Is that enough?

    No. The final confirmation of the project is the signed contract /offer. Until the contract is not signed, the project is not confirmed.
